Ilja De Coster Ilja De Coster is a senior fundraising consultant and data strategist. Educated as a political scientist, working for civil society organisations is not just a job for him – it is a passion and a form of political engagement. For more than 20 years, he has supported the fundraising efforts of a wide range of large and small organisations, including Sensoa and Amnesty International. Since January 2017, he has been a Fundraising Data Strategist at the behavioural science fundraising agency The DonorVoice. Ilja is Vice-Chair and a founding member of Fundraisers Belgium.
